Being Inspired

Happy Friday Eve, Thirsty Thursday, Throwback Thursday, whatever floats your boat! I woke up today feeling more inspired than the normal. Don’t get me wrong, I’m still in my office with the blinds close like “…No one is here.” 😛

But nonetheless, I’m feeling inspired. I believe all individuals wake up with a purpose. Some of us find motivation, feel inspired, or just need to get up. For this blog, I’m going to you. I want you to share your story with me. Why did you wake up today? What or who inspires you the most? Do you have more than one person or thing that inspires you?

I found inspiration this morning from the people who wake up early and get their asses to the gym; I am always inspired by those who put in the time and motivation to go to the gym in general.

I know this sounds odd but it’s one of my inspirations among many. I woke up early this morning and got my ass to the gym and put in work. I have days where I lag on working out because I’m tired or I’m feeling too busy from school. So I cherish the mornings and/or nights that I put in at the gym. Remember, my ultimate goal along this journey is to give birth without any complications and it starts with my health.

And intertwined, my future children inspire me to live a better and healthier lifestyle. I inspire to be a role model for my future children and every girl who is carb lover, carrying a little belly fat to them. I can do it, so can you.

This habit I’ve created is not all that easy and a bag of chips… literally. I still love and crave a bag of chips but I try my best to reduce or cut down the portion as much as I can.

Those people who put in the work to workout may be skinny, may have muscles, may have fat, may be obese or diabetic, but they’re there for a purpose. They woke up and decided they want to look a certain way, to feel a certain way, to better their lives; they found some inspiration to be there and I’m right there with them.

Some of my other inspirations are: my father and his continued hard work. One day, I’m going to make sure my dad won’t have to work or worry about struggling to live. Tony and his drive to do what others think he can’t do. You, as the reader… because you’re giving me a chance and taking the time to read my stories.

So I want you to share your thoughts with me: What or who inspires you the most? Do you have more than one person or thing that inspires you? Why?

Slide in the DM, let me know. I can’t wait to hear!

Until the next post,

With love and support,

Relatable + Empathetic (2019)
