Being Hiatus

Hi Reader! I hope you are doing well today. It is finally Friday. I’m actually going to make this a quick post. Just wanted to send you all a little love from afar. I am going to take a hiatus from blogging for a couple of weeks; maybe less. I am finding myself under a lot of stress from school. I have a lot riding on graduation.

Although I am walking next Friday, I still have to finish up one week after because the semester technically ends at the end of May which means, I still have one final left to complete post-grad walk. I know, it’s so silly. So you could only imagine the stress level I feel. Especially since it has not been easy course for me.

I considered dropping the class and coming back next semester. But after speaking with my professor, he did not recommend it. He very much believes I will pass despite some of the low grades I received on my assignments. This course specifically takes about 16 weeks to complete in the program and about a year in law school – but I took as an eight week course and if anything, it sucked more brain power out of me than ever.

The lesson I walked away from considering those options was to not give up without figuring out all the pieces of the puzzles. It’s okay to weigh out all your options but make sure you have all pieces figured out. Consider the benefits and the consequences before taking action. Talk to others for an objective standpoint. They may see it differently. Don’t let anyone dismiss your feelings or options. Only you know what is best for you better than anyone else.

With that being said, I hope that all of you have an amazing rest of month! Enjoy Memorial Day Weekend if I am not back writing before then. To all my fellow graduates this spring, I’m so happy for you! All those wasted dollars, blood, sweat, and tears were worth it, am I right?! 😛

Until the next post,

With love and support,

#beingjtran❤️🌻
